Blueberry Freezer Jam |

Ingredients :
- four cups white sugar
- 2 cups crushed blueberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (2 ounce) bundle powdered fruit pectin

- Stir sugar and blueberries together in a bowl; let stand for 10 minutes, stirring on occasion.
- Stir lemon juice and pectin together in a separate small bowl; add to blueberry combination. Stir constantly until sugar is completely dissolved and now not grainy, approximately three minutes.
- Sterilize the jars and lids in boiling water for as a minimum five mins. Pack the blueberry into the hot, sterilized jars, filling the jars to inside half of inch of the pinnacle. Run a knife or a thin spatula across the insides of the jars when they have been stuffed to dispose of any air bubbles. Wipe the rims of the jars with a wet paper towel to cast off any food residue. Top with lids, and screw on jewelry. Let stand at room temperature for twenty-four hours until set.
- Refrigerate for up to a few weeks or freeze for up to at least one 12 months. Thaw in fridge.
