- 1/2 cup So Delicious® Dairy Free Original Coconut Milk
- 1 cup corn kernels, sparkling or frozen (thawed)
- 2 tablespoons greater virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- half cup minced fresh chives, plus extra for garnish
- half of cup solar-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 avocado, quartered and sliced
- Favorite warm sauce

- In saucepan, fall apart tube of prepared-to-heat grits, and heat over medium warmth with 1/2 cup coconut milk till warm and creamy, approximately five mins.
- Add corn kernels. Continue cooking for every other five mins.
- Add olive oil, salt, and chives and integrate nicely earlier than portioning into four bowls.
- Garnish with sundried tomatoes, avocado slices, and the reserved chive.
- Serve with your favourite warm sauce.
