  • 1 1/2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (together with Old Bay®)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped clean parsley
  • salt and ground black pepper to flavor
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions :

Prep : 15M Cook : 6M Ready in : 1H5M
  • Mix crabmeat, bread crumbs, seafood seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Beat egg with mayonnaise, and mustard in a separate bowl. Stir egg aggregate into crabmeat combination; shape into 6 patties.
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet. Arrange patties onto baking sheet; refrigerate 30 minutes.
