Bourbon Apple Cider and Honey Glazed Pork Chops |

Ingredients :
- 2 cups apple cider
- half cup honey
- 1/four cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- Stir apple cider, honey, cider vinegar, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low, stirring regularly, till the mixture reduces to two/three cup, about 20 mins.
- Simmer 1/three cup whiskey in a separate small saucepan over medium-low warmth until steam no longer smells of alcohol, approximately 10 mins; stir into the apple cider aggregate. Reduce this aggregate to half cup, forming an apple cider glaze and cool.
- Stir three tablespoons whiskey into apple cider glaze.
