Beef Paprika and Noodles |

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 pounds round steak, reduce into bite-length portions

- 1 cup sliced onion

- Heat oil in a big pot over medium warmth. Cook and stir steak in warm oil till browned completely, about 5 mins.
- Stir water, ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper with the pork within the pot; bring to a boil, reduce warmth to low, and cook dinner at a simmer till meat is soft and the sauce thickens, 2 to a few hours.
- Bring a big pot of gently salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring sometimes, till cooked thru but firm to the chew, about 5 minutes; drain.
- Ladle beef mixture over noodles to serve.
