Breakfast Quinoa

  • Bring quinoa, water, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce warmth to medium-low, cowl, and simmer until quinoa is soft and has absorbed the water, 10 to 15 mins. Remove saucepan from warmness.
