Beef Sukiyaki |
"Vegetables, noodles, and red meat are served in a steaming, flavorful broth made with dashi, mirin, and soy sauce in this Japanese dish, sukiyaki."
Ingredients :
- 1 half cups prepared dashi stock
- three/four cup soy sauce
- 3/four cup mirin
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 8 oz. Shirataki noodles
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 pound pork pinnacle sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 5 inexperienced onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
- four oz sliced fresh mushrooms (button, shiitake, or enoki)
- 1 (14 ounce) package deal firm tofu, cut into cubes
