Beef with Caramelized Shallots |

- 1 (1 pound) boneless pork sirloin steak, three/four-inch thick, cut into thin strips
- 6 medium shallots, cut in quarters

- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 2 packets Swanson® Flavor Boost™ Concentrated Beef Broth
- 1/3 (12 ounce) package medium egg noodles, cooked and tired

- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium warmth. Add the beef and prepare dinner until properly browned, stirring frequently. Remove the red meat from the skillet.
- Heat the remaining oil within the skillet. Add the shallots and cook dinner for five mins or until gently browned, stirring from time to time.
- Stir the wine and vinegar inside the skillet and cook dinner for 5 mins or till the aggregate is reduced via half of. Stir within the mustard and focused broth.
