"Traditional morning glory muffin recipe, tweaked to make it heartier and tastier. - 1 large Granny Smith apple, shredded

- 1 cup overwhelmed pineapple, drained
- half of cup vegetable oil
- half of cup applesauce
- half of cup coarsely chopped pecans
- three large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
