| BJ's Easy Blackberry Cobbler |
"This recipe takes all of the fuss out of creating cobbler and eliminates that doughy flavor. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. It's certainly tasty sufficient with out topping!"
Ingredients :
- cooking spray
- five cups sparkling blackberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (15.8 ounce) package lemon-poppy seed muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/three cup milk

- 1 cup brown sugar
